A new CSC installed at CentreMK
CentreMK one of the largest shopping centres in the UK has recently acquired a new customer service centre.
With over 240 stores and 30 million visits a year, sddRetail worked with CentreMK's award winning Centre Management team to design, deliver and a new customer service centre. Utilising a central mall location, the csc is servicable from all sides with a tall totem with integrated signage, visitors can be updated on news within the centre.
